Is Brush just another dating app?

No! Brush is a social discovery platform for all types of connections — friends, professional contacts, and yes, dating too.

What do we keep private?

We emphasize privacy of location, name, and exact age:

  • Location: Your precise location is never shown. Only that you're at the same venue (when you check in). Nothing is shared after you leave.
  • Name: Not shown until after you match.
  • Exact age: Only an age band is visible — never your exact age.
  • Compatibility is color-coded (Blue: better as friends; Purple: could be a good match; Red-Pink: good to great match candidates)

How does venue check-in work?

When you arrive at a participating venue, check in to see other Brush users there. Browse profiles, wave at people you'd like to meet, and if they wave back — it's a match. Simple as that.

Can people see my exact location?

No. Your profile is only visible to those inside the same venue that you check into — must be opted-in. Even inside the same venue, your exact whereabouts are not shared.

What if I don't want to be discovered sometimes?

You have complete control. You're only visible when you actively check in at a venue. If you don't check in, you are not shown.

Is it free to use?

Brush will be free to use on launch. Come try it when we launch in your area 😊
